At That Day Ye Shall Know

St. John 14:20, "At that day ye shall know that I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you."

St. Luke 19:41-44, "... If thou hadst known, even thou, at least in this thy day, the things which belong unto thy peace!..."

What a day! What a time that we're living, this great mystery of God being finished: bringing in the Godhead, showing what It is; how these little isms, and went off and made Him this, and somebody made Him this, and somebody made Him that. But the Angel of the Lord come down and brought up all their isms, and pulled out that Truth out of it, and presented It. And there It is just as perfect as It can be:, no other way you could go. There It is, that's what He is. See, serpent seed, oh, all these different things that's been so mysteriously amongst the people. See? What is it? This is the sign to what? Unite.

What did He say in Malachi 4:5-6? Would restore, restore back the original Pentecostal faith, back to the people with the same Pentecostal message, the same Pentecostal sign, the same Pentecostal evidence, the same God, the same power, the same teaching, everything exactly, with the vindication of the same Pillar of Fire that struck Paul down on the road, down to Damascus; among us today, doing the same things He did in that day. Uniting...

We see the nations uniting; we see the world uniting; we see the churches uniting. We see the Bride uniting, uniting with the Word. Why? The Word is God. As the Bridegroom (being the Word), and the Bride (being the hearer of the Word), they come together in a union. They unite like a wedding. See, they're getting ready for a wedding, and they become one. The Word becomes you; you become the Word. Jesus said, "At That day you know that all the Father is, I am; and all I am, you are; and all you are, I am. In that day you'll know that I'm in the Father, Father in Me, I in you, and you in Me" (John 14:20). See? At that day. What day? This day. We find out the great hidden mysteries of God being revealed. Oh, how I like that.

Now, notice, God making Hisself known. We're not suppose to make converts to Christianity by a government, but by the revelation of Christ in you as God was in Christ. As God was in Christ, Christ in you. What God did in Christ, Christ does in you. What signs did God in Christ, Christ does in you. Oh, isn't that beautiful? Oh, my. I like that.
Jesus said at that day (that's this day)--at that day (when this revelation's made known) you will know that I am in the Father, and the Father in Me, I in you, and you in Me. (When the revelation's made manifest,) at that day, you shall know that I and the Father are One. I'm in the Father, and the Father's in Me. Then when the revelation comes forth, then it's I in you and you in Me."

The reason people in Noah's day did not go into the ark, because they never recognized the message nor the messenger. That's the only reason they perished, is because they didn't recognize the hour that they were living. They didn't recognize that God would deal with sin as He promised He would. He'd destroy man from the face of the earth. He had prophesied it. He meant it (Gen. 6-8). And he means it today the same as He did then.
But the people, instead of being favorable towards Noah... He was considered a wild man. They didn't believe him to be a prophet. You know, Jesus, His own self, told us how they scoffed in the days of Noah, made fun of him, called him a fanatic, and whatmore. But they didn't recognize their hour. They didn't recognize the day. They didn't recognize the sign. They didn't recognize the message. They didn't recognize the messenger, but put him from their midst and laughed at him. Jesus said, "As it was in the days of Noah..." (Mat. 24:37-39; Luke 17:26-27).

With Israel in her land and everything setting now, and the Message is just perfectly moving in, what day are we living, brother? Where are we at?
They didn't know the day. They didn't know. That's the reason they missed it, is because they didn't recognize it. They were like the day--somewhat like the people today, blinded by scientific proofs, by educational systems, by theological seminaries. And things that blinded them in that day, it's done the same thing today. It's blinded them again. And also, the simplicity of the Message and the messenger...

I think that's got the condition our church is getting into. God's shook every gift that He promised in the Bible before us, and we still stare in space as though we're looking for something else. Seems to be a spiritual condition of the church that they fail to see the hour that they're living. They're looking for some sensation or something that, or something way off in the future. Man is forever doing that; he always blesses God for what He has done, looking forward for what He will do, and ignoring what He's doing. You fail to see the hour we're living.

That's what those Greeks wanted to know, what the hour was and what that Messiah should be (John 12:20-26). The portion of Scripture that was made known for that day, if that Messiah fulfilled that, that's the evidence. The a-vindicated Word of the hour is the evidence; not that He had to have fruits of the Spirit, He had to be a lawyer in the courts of justice, for His, or one of the Pharisees or Sadducee organizations. He was the manifestation of God's promised Word of that hour.

You want to see what the fruit of the Spirit is? Watch what the Bible promises for a certain hour, then watch for that to be vindicated. That is the evidence. Jesus said, "Search the Scriptures, for in Them you think you have Eternal Life; They are They that testify of Me. That's what proves Who I am." (John 5:39-40).

Moses rejected the thrones and the popularity. He could've had young girls by wives by the hundreds, and he could've had scepters under... Egypt ruled the world. The world laid right at his feet, and he was heir to every bit of it (Heb. 11:24-27). But by looking in the Scripture and seeing the day he was living in, and knowed that Something in him, that predestinated Seed of God went to work.

I don't care how popular you could be, or how this you could be; you could be a presbyter; you could be a pastor; you could be a this, that, or the other; but if that Word of Eternal Life by God's Word has been foreordained into you, and you see the thing at hand, it goes to work, moving out like that. Start coming out. Begin to get It.

And he refused to be called the son of Pharaoh's daughter, because he esteemed the reproach of Christ greater treasures than all the riches of Egypt or the world. He esteemed That. Watch what he done; he followed it. Up, quickly he was ousted from his people, the people that once loved him.
It might cost you everything you got. It might cost you your home; it might cost you your friendship; it might cost you your stitch-and-sew party; it might cost you your place at the Kiwanis. It might... I don't know what it'll cost you, but it'll cost everything that's worldly or pertains to the world. You'll have to separate yourself from everything that's worldly. You'll have to do it.

What time is it, brother? What time is it, minister? Do you see the time of the day and the sign you're living under? Can you understand it? Do you see it?

Everywhere now there's no revival. Everybody's complaining, ministers crying. I was reading one of the outstanding papers that comes here to the church, a very fine paper. And I know the editor, and I know the people. And they're godly people, very fine, Brother and Sister Moore, of the "Herald of His Coming," one of the finest papers on the field, "Herald of His Coming." But they hardly will print anything unless it's about, "Fast, pray, fast, pray. Sound a trumpet. Get..." How many reads it? You know, you see it all the time. "Fast, pray, fast, pray!" That's all you hear. "Fast, pray. We're going to have a great breaking of the day. There's a great thing going to happen. All of you pray, pray, pray. We're not too late yet."

They want a great awakening. They're crying, believing that there will be awakened. They're good people. Why is it? What have they done? They have not recognized the awakening of the Bride. See? By being a Christian they feel the pull of the hour, but they haven't recognized what's been done. That's what's making them feel that way. They know something's supposed to happen; but (See?), they are looking for it way off in the future to come, when it's already happened right by you.

That's the same thing they did in the old days. They was believing in a coming Messiah. They believed that there'd be a forerunner come. But it was right on them and they didn't know it. They didn't recognize it. They believed there would come a forerunner that would forerun the Messiah (John 3:1-6). And they cut his head off and killed their Messiah, because it was prophesied that they'd be blinded. Hosea said so.

And Jesus will commit a perfect, perfect age to the perfect living God, that He has redeemed and give over to the Father. Is that right? Will turn to God the Father which is Spirit, not a man, Spirit (I Cor. 15:22-24). All nature of goodness gathered together, that's God. And in goodness... Now, anything perverted from good is evil; that's Satan's kingdom. All good belongs to God. All evil belongs...

And then God became material in a Man called Jesus Christ which was His Son (I Tim. 3:16). This Son gave His Life that He might bring other sons, that God might become tangible, working in all in all. "In that day you'll know that I'm in the Father, the Father in Me, I in you and you in Me."
